In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the jvs88 website accessible at https://jvs88.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and related digital services operated under the jvs88 brand.
• "jvs88" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the Platform, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "You" / "Player" / "Account Holder" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses any of the services offered therein.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Services" means all products made available on the Platform, including but not limited to sportsbook betting, live casino games, slot machine games, roulette, Andar Bahar, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash benefit offered by jvs88 subject to the terms set out in Section 5 herein.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process required by jvs88 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested by jvs88.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, described further in Section 11.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jvs88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, voluntary exclusion program, or account suspension issued by jvs88 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jvs88 or any of its technology or content suppliers.
• You must not have previously had an Account on jvs88 that was terminated for breach of these Terms.

jvs88 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days of the request. Where jvs88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria, jvs88 may suspend the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification, or permanently close the Account if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Each eligible individual may maintain one Account only on the jvs88 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method. jvs88 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and the processing of withdrawals. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jvs88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your Account. You must notify jvs88 immediately via live chat or email if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised. jvs88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

All Accounts on jvs88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. jvs88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees independently of jvs88.

jvs88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfer through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit methods are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. Deposits made via credit or debit card are not currently accepted. jvs88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment source must match the name on your registered jvs88 Account exactly.

Deposits submitted via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your jvs88 Account within 5 minutes during normal banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited within 2 minutes under normal operating conditions. Deposits submitted outside banking hours may experience processing delays of up to 60 minutes. jvs88 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing infrastructure.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully completed on your Account. Verified Accounts receive withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during WIB business hours. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours are processed within 60 minutes. jvs88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems necessary to verify for fraud-prevention purposes. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Players who require withdrawal of amounts exceeding this threshold should contact jvs88 live support to arrange processing in tranches. jvs88 may, at its discretion, apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests before releasing funds.

jvs88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered.

All bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms at the time of the offer. Standard wagering requirements on jvs88 range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the product category (sportsbook bets typically carry lower wagering multipliers than casino slots bonuses).

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• jvs88 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it where jvs88 determines that the bonus was claimed using fraudulent methods, in breach of these Terms, or through the use of multiple Accounts.
• Bonuses claimed during the Ramadhan and Idul Fitri promotional periods are subject to the specific expiry windows stated in those promotions, which may differ from the standard 30-day bonus expiry.
• jvs88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of such modification will remain valid subject to these general terms.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days after the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and any winnings accrued from them will be forfeited without compensation.

All games and betting products offered on jvs88 — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot machines, roulette, Andar Bahar, and togel draws — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the respective game or product interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round or sporting event settlement, jvs88 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the stake to the Player's Account. jvs88's decision in such circumstances is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jvs88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or bonus systems to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abuse").
• Participating in any form of collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing inefficiencies across platforms in violation of jvs88's betting integrity rules.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code, database, or proprietary systems without authorization.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, including through the use of VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geo-restrictions.

All content on the jvs88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jvs88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jvs88. Any unauthorized use of jvs88's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

jvs88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jvs88 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect the transmission of your personal and financial data. jvs88 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or jvs88 had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss or corruption of data, including Account data, transaction history, or bet records, except where such loss results directly from jvs88's gross negligence.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by factors outside jvs88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, jvs88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jvs88 in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jvs88 provides every Account holder with access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools, available at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen reminders at intervals of your choosing (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) to alert you to the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choice (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request that jvs88 block any future re-registration attempts. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

jvs88 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming interventions — including mandatory account review, deposit limit reductions, or cooling-off periods — on any Account that jvs88's internal monitoring identifies as exhibiting high-risk gambling patterns, even where the Player has not requested such measures.

jvs88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jvs88.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Use of the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an Account is closed by jvs88 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recent payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-locked funds will be forfeited at the time of closure regardless of the reason.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jvs88 live support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any withdrawable balance will be returned following completion of the standard withdrawal procedure and KYC verification.

jvs88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login. The revised Terms will state the effective date of the changes at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact jvs88 support to close your Account. jvs88 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. jvs88 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent that its Services are offered in compliance with the domestic laws of Indonesia, where online gambling is subject to legal restrictions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jvs88 relating to your Account, a transaction, or the settlement of a bet, you should in the first instance contact jvs88 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. jvs88 aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving a complete and documented complaint. jvs88's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes and bet settlement is final, as game results are determined by independently certified RNG systems and official sporting event results that are beyond jvs88's control.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action or similar proceeding against jvs88.
